Weight Loss


Weight Loss is an important part of medical science is a reduction of total body weight by loss of fluid, body fat or adipose tissue or lean mass namely bone minerals, muscle, tendon and other connective tissue. There are two types of weight loss which we are familiarized with, intentional and unintentional weight loss. Nowadays due to various reasons the doctors around the globe always advises for slim health so that the incidence of major illness does not recur in future. As per the changing global health scenario we find that the persons with slim weight have less chance to suffer from any ailments which may drag on for prolonged period.

Reasons for weight loss:

There are various reasons associated regarding the loss of weight. Weight Loss does not take place in a day it is the result of continuous process of preparation. There are some physical exercise plus other reduction of diets which helps to a greater extent the reduction of weight loss. So there are some common reasons associated with weight loss. These are physical appearance looks nice, lot of hardships can be undertaken if the body of human being has less weight, human beings get reprieve from major illness if the body weight is loss, in case of major surgeries if the weight of human being is less then the surgeons finds it more comfortable in making smooth surgery.



Types of Weight Loss:

There are basically two types of weight loss. These are intentional weight loss and unintentional weight loss. In the case of unintentional weight loss we find that there has been significant loss of body weight which might term as serious and termed as chronic. Unintentional Weight Loss also takes place due to chronic illness. Even if any major surgeries takes place in human bodies then also the weight loss takes place. In this case the entire feature of human being changes drastically and becomes sometimes alarming looking.

In the case of unintentional weight loss frightening ailments like diabetes, abnormal accumulation of carbohydrates in the blood vessels of human bodies produced a kind of hormone in the pancreatic cells, when it gets secreted into the blood vessels then it paves the way for cellular metabolism. There are other infections like HIV which may alter metabolism which leads the way towards loss of weight.

In the case of intentional weight loss it signifies the loss of total body mass in an effort to improve fitness, health or the full appearance of the body. There are some human beings who are badly overweight might develop the temptation to suffer from some of the chronic and complicated diseases are always advised by the doctors to reduce the weight drastically. The more an individual gets reduced in weight then the chances of occurrence of complicated diseases are more less thereby leading a healthy and sedate life till the last breath.
