Start doing thses exercises for 10 to 15 minutes per day and then slowly increase the time to 45 minutes. But it is best to consult a doctor before you actually perform these exercises.

Yoga during pregnancy

Yoga is the most useful pregnancy exercises that helps you to stretch the parts of your body and ensures smooth and normal delivery. Yoga helps to relieve edema, massages the abdomen, influences bowel action as well as appetite. Yoga helps to get cure of nausea which is a common problem during pregnancy. Yoga also helps you to get relief from excess stress and strain.

However do not perform exercise unless they are properly guided. Remember pregnancy exercises are helpful for those who do not have any difficulty during pregnancy. If you have risky pregnancy, twins or bleeding during exercises you must immediately stop these exercises.
