The symptoms of woman having Ovarian Cancer are seen to have increased abdominal size, bloating, urge to pass urine and pelvic pain and some also say that they have difficulty eating/feeling full.

Cancer Prevention lies in the early detection at its earliest stage (I/II), but most of the time that is difficult to diagnose Ovarian Cancer until it spreads and advances to later stages (III/IV). With most of the symptoms staying non-specific, when an ovarian malignancy is included in the list of diagnostic possibilities, a limited number of laboratory tests are required to be carried on. The preferred ovarian Cancer Treatments includes a surgery and a sample of the tissue for differential diagnosis via its histology. The type of surgery depends on how widespread the cancer is when diagnosed as well as the presumed type and grade of cancer. Ovarian Cancer generally has a poor prognosis and is disproportionately deadly as it lacks any clear early detection or screening test, meaning that most cases are not diagnosed until they have reached advanced stages.
